Returns Policy
Our returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of your purchase. This means you have exactly 30 days to decide if you wish to return or exchange an item. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. We kindly ask all customers to adhere to this time frame so we can process returns promptly and fairly.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item is unused and remains in the exact same condition as when you received it. This means the product should not show signs of wear or damage, and should be free from any stains or alterations. Additionally, it is important that the item is returned in its original packaging. Returning the item with the original tags and packaging intact helps us to process your return efficiently and maintains the quality standards we expect for all returned goods.

Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a thorough inspection to verify that it meets our return conditions. After this inspection is complete, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your returned item. If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, such as your credit card or PayPal account. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider, but it typically happens within a few business days.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Please be aware that only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, items purchased on sale or clearance cannot be refunded. This policy helps us continue to offer great deals while maintaining fairness across all purchases.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned product, we will mail a gift certificate to you for the amount of the item. This credit can be used on a future purchase.
However, if the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, then the refund will be sent to the original purchaser, i.e., the gift giver. Please note that in this case, the gift giver will be notified about the return.
Shipping
If the product you receive is deemed faulty, damaged, or not fit for its intended purpose, we will refund your shipping costs within the 30-day return period. We understand that receiving a faulty or damaged item can be disappointing, and we aim to make the return process as straightforward as possible.
Please be aware that depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Shipping times can be affected by factors outside our control, such as postal delays or customs processing, especially for international orders.
For returns valued over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This precaution helps protect you in case the returned item is lost during transit. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is sent without tracking. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the return shipping process, so taking these measures provides added security for your return.
